JPaul Construction Services is excited to announce the rollout of our new Premier Client NTE – Roof Leaks, Maintenance and Service Program to a select few of our existing DFW clients. This program offers our Property Managers, Owners, and Facility Managers the lowest price and fastest service possible when roof leaks and problems occur.

How it works  

1. Participating customers/properties review and agree to JPaul Construction Service’s Premier Pricing structure and Service Agreement which preauthorizes an NTE (Not to Exceed) limit of $650 per occurrence for all future repairs.
2. Leaks and service requests are generated through a centralized reporting system at JPaulCS.com.
3. A repair technician will be onsite within 48 hrs. Sooner if critical.
4. If the scope of repairs exceeds $650, a detailed estimate will be provided for approval.
